Justin Fields Week 13: Is Justin Fields Playing on Sunday? (Updated)
By Larry Rupp

Justin Fields was unable to suit up for the Chicago Bears in Week 12 as he dealt with cracked ribs. It was his first game missed since becoming the starting quarterback this season. Meanwhile, backup Andy Dalton stepped in and led the team to a last-second 16-14 win over the Detroit Lions.
Fields had shown a lot of progress over the last few weeks before going down, which is why fans are itching for the young rookie to get back out on the field.
Justin Fields Injury Update
Bears head coach Matty Nagy named Andy Dalton the starting quarterback in Week 13, and Nick Foles will serve as his primary backup. This leaves a very slim chance for Justin Fields to see any action on Sunday.
Bears’ HC Matt Nagy said Andy Dalton will start Sunday at QB vs. the Cardinals, and Nick Foles will be the backup.

Is Justin Fields Going To Play This Week?
This is a situation worth keeping an eye on for the next few days. The Bears will have had 10 days in between games come kickoff on Sunday and Fields is heralded for his toughness.
If he is able to handle most of the first-team snaps at quarterback, he should be good to go for a tough matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. On the other side, seeing him on the sidelines during practice will not be a good sign.
When is Justin Fields Coming Back?
Fields' return date is currently unknown.
