With a name as cool as Justice Hill, it's hard to be a true fantasy sleeper. But Hill's name isn't the only thing turning heads, as the Baltimore Ravens RB posted an impressive 49-yard performance on 10 carries in Week 2 of the preseason.

Hill flashed the electric combination of power and quickness that helped him rack up 2,397 rushing yards in his final two seasons at Oklahoma State. While it will likely take an injury to Mark Ingram for Hill to grab the reins as the Ravens' lead back, there's plenty of reason to believe he can contribute as a rookie.

The Ravens ran the ball more than any other team in the NFL last season, tallying 547 total carries. That might even increase with Lamar Jackson set to open the season as Baltimore's full-time starter.

If things continue to trend in his direction, Hill looks like the handcuff to Ingram, and given how much Baltimore runs, he could produce even as a backup.

Hill is currently being drafted as RB58, but he could be a must-own player for all Ingram owners. He looks like a great late-round gamble with the potential for a monster year if all breaks his way.
