Julio Jones remains questionable to play this week as he continues to deal with a hamstring injury. His workload at practice has begun to increase as he tries to be ready for the Falcons' Week 4 matchup on Monday Night Football against the undefeated Green Bay Packers.

Jones missed the Falcons' Week 3 game with this injury, but it was not expected to be anything major. Getting Jones back this week would be a huge boost for the Falcons' offense.

Julio Jones Fantasy Football Outlook

Highly regarded as one of the best wide receivers in the league, Jones balled out in Week 1 with 9 catches for 157 yards. He has been able to do little since then thanks to the injury, though. With fellow wide receiver Russell Gage battling a concussion as well, the Falcons need any help they can get at the position.

Jones showed positive improvements at practice and things are moving in the right direction for him to be able to suit up on Monday night. However, fantasy managers may not know his status until game day, which means having a backup option in case Jones doesn't play is vital in this situation.

Jones faces a decent matchup as the Packers' defense is giving up 247.0 passing yard per game so far this season (No. 18 in the NFL). In a game that is expected to turn into a shootout, Jones would likely be peppered with targets by quarterback Matt Ryan if he is able to play.

Jones checks in as the No. 9 wide receiver in our Week 4 fantasy football rankngs and could be in for a huge game upon his return. If he is out, Calvin Ridley and Russell Gage would see a boost in fantasy value given the uptick in targets they should receive.
