The Pittsburgh Steelers offense has gotten off to a slow start this year. But things really came to a screeching halt on Sunday. The Steelers have only scored 7 points against the Cincinnati Bengals, and wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster left the game with a rib injury.

He has since been ruled out for the remainder of the game.

JuJu Smith-Schuster Injury Update

It's unclear how much time JuJu will miss. But getting ruled out this quickly is never the best sign. Still, unless it's a massive fracture, a rib injury generally wouldn't lead to too long of an absence.

Chase Claypool Fantasy

If JuJu is forced to miss any time, Chase Claypool would be in line to see a massive spike in volume. Pittsburgh's No. 1 wideout Diontae Johnson missed this week with a knee injury, and there's no telling when he'll be back.

Ben Roethlisberger's atrocious play this season would put a pretty severe cap on his upside. But he'd likely get enough volume to overcome a lack of efficiency.

Entering Week 2, Claypool had 14 targets for 6 receptions and 115 yards. Those numbers could explode next week if both Johnson and Smith-Schuster are forced to sit.
