Jordan Poyer Gives Brutally Honest Thoughts on Free Agency

A few key Buffalo Bills player are slated to hit the open market in free agency. That includes star safety Jordan Poyer, who's been a building block of this defense since joining the team in 2017.
Poyer recently opened up about his upcoming free agency and he certainly didn't hold back.
Jordan Poyer says IF it's not the #Bills next year he'd like a place that takes way less taxes. Maybe offers more sun.

Also says he's tight with Tua, soooo... Miami?
Good move football wise, but Miami has same cap issues as Bills. Same difficulty justifying big $ for 30+ safety. pic.twitter.com/Cm4Ccx4cmK

Poyer has considered where he would go if he doesn't stick around in Buffalo. "I would love to go to a state that doesn't take half my money," he said. Poyer added that "it'd be nice to be warm" at his next locale, assuming he and the Bills don't agree on a new deal.
Poyer's comments are an exciting development for Miami Dolphins fans. Miami fits the bill as being in a state with no income tax and having plenty of sunshine. The former First Team All-Pro also has a noted friendship with Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.
The possibility of Poyer leaving Buffalo for a division rival certainly hurts Bills Mafia to think about. However, the front office will face some tough decisions this offseason as it looks to juggle all of the talent on its loaded roster.
