We've heard all the talk about Kliff Kingsbury and the Arizona Cardinals potentially drafting Kyler Murray with the No. 1 overall pick. The Oakland Raiders, however, could be a team trying to secretly make a play for Heisman winner.

The Raiders currently hold the No. 4 pick in April's NFL Draft and, despite already having a "franchise quarterback" in Derek Carr, recent moves suggest they might not want that to be the case long term.

Jon Gruden and the Raiders reportedly had a dinner meeting with Murray late Sunday night in Dallas. Murray also has a scheduled workout with Oakland at Highland Park HS in the Dallas area on Monday, which has seen a significant delay to its start.

Much like the speculation around the Cardinals meeting with Murray, the same goes for the Raiders in the sense that if you're not interested in a player, then why would you meet with him? The NFL Draft has too many moving parts to waste time with a player you have no interest in, especially with the abundance of picks the Raiders have this year.

The fact remains, the Cardinals hold the No. 1 overall pick, and if they truthfully want Murray, no one can prevent them from getting him. Although, if any team in this year's draft has the ammo to pry the pick away from the Cardinals, it's most certainly the Oakland Raiders.
