Jalen Hurts NFL Draft Expert Predictions

Fresh off a vastly improved senior season at Oklahoma after a successful career with Alabama, Jalen Hurts is one of the most accomplished college players in the 2020 NFL Draft.

However, he is also equally one of the most fascinating prospects in this year's draft class. Well behind top QBs like Joe Burrow, Tua Tagovailoa (his successor at Alabama) and Justin Herbert, the 2019 Heisman Trophy contender's NFL potential is hard to gauge, to say the least.

With that in mind, here's where the experts are projecting Hurts to go in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Bleacher Report
Matt Miller, of Bleacher Report, projects Hurts to go No. 34 overall to the Indianapolis Colts in the second pick of the first round.

Walter Football
On Walter Football, Walter Cherepinsky certainly has a lot less confidence in Hurts' draft stock than Miller, projecting Hurts to land with the Pittsburgh Steelers toward the backend of the third round (No. 102).

CBS Sports
Ryan Wilson, of CBS Sports, shares a similar idea as Cherepinsky, projecting Hurts to go No. 88 overall to the New Orleans Saints with the 24th pick of the third round.

USA Today
Luke Easterling, of DraftWire on USA Today, has Hurts coming off the board at No. 98 overall and heading to the New England Patriots with the 34th pick of the third round.

FanDuel Sportsbook
Hurts' NFL Draft prop bet odds, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, paint a similar projected landing area in the draft. Hurts is currently available at +130 to be selected in the second or third round. However, his projected draft pick over/under mark is currently 62.5, which projects him to land toward the end of the second round. Notably, the Green Bay Packers own pick No. 62, and the Kansas City Chiefs have pick No. 63.

While these predictions suggest Hurts is likely to be drafted in the second or third round, none of the experts agree on which team will ultimately select the Oklahoma product.
