Jae Crowder suffered a sprained ankle Wednesday against the Philadelphia 76ers, which caused him to miss the entire second half.

Jae Crowder Injury Update

Unsurprisingly, he’s been ruled out for Thursday’s matchup against the Boston Celtics.

Abdel Nader will also remain out for this contest, while Dario Saric is questionable with an ankle injury of his own. If Saric is unable to suit up, it will leave the Suns without a ton of frontcourt depth in this matchup.

Cam Johnson Fantasy

Cam Johnson started the second half in place of Crowder, and he led the bench unit with 30 minutes of playing time. He ultimately finished with 24.3 FanDuel points, and he’s averaged a respectable 0.75 FanDuel points per minute this season. He will likely move into the starting lineup on Thursday and could provide some fantasy value.

Frank Kaminsky would also enter the conversation if Saric is unable to play. He’s priced at the absolute minimum on FanDuel, and he’s averaged 1.02 FanDuel points per minute this season. He would likely serve as the backup center if Saric is out, which should give him enough playing time to potentially return value.

The Suns are currently listed as two-point road favorites vs. the Celtics on FanDuel Sportsbook.
