The Memphis Grizzlies are going to be shorthanded for Wednesday’s matchup against the Atlanta Hawks, but the good news is that they will have their best player in the lineup.
Ja Morant Injury Update
Ja Morant headed to the locker room grabbing his lower back area during Tuesday’s win over the Miami Heat, but he will be available to play against the Hawks. Unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends for the Grizzlies. Brandon Clarke will miss his second-straight game due to a calf injury, and Justise Winslow and De'Anthony Melton have been ruled out as well.
The offense should flow through Morant against the Hawks, but Kyle Anderson is one of the biggest beneficiaries from their current injury situation. He’s increased his fantasy production to 1.06 FanDuel points per minute with Clarke, Winslow, and Melton off the court this season. Killian Tillie, Xavier Tillman, and John Konchar have also played a few additional minutes in played of the injured members of the Grizzlies.
The Grizzlies are currently listed as two-point underdogs against the Hawks on FanDuel Sportsbook.
