No date has been set, but Israel Adesanya is expected to take on Robert Whittaker for his next title defense.

Adesanya and Whittaker are the clear top two Middleweights in the UFC, and this rematch promises to bring plenty of excitement.

FanDuel Sportsbook has posted opening odds for the fight.

Adesanya vs Whittaker Odds

Israel Adesanya has opened as a -230 favorite, while Robert Whittaker is a +188 underdog.

Adesanya has been nothing short of dominant in his professional career and has already fought to two different unanimous decision wins in 2021. Known as "The Last Stylebender", Adesanya has held on to the title rather easily ever since he dethroned Whittaker in October of 2019. Overall, the 31-year-old warrior is 21-1-0 with 15 knockouts to his credit.

On the other side, Whittaker has been on a roll since his loss to Adesanya, ripping out three straight lopsided wins over some tough competitors. He has cemented himself as the No. 1 contender once again and will be looking for some revenge in the octagon. The 30-year-old known as "The Reaper" has posted a 24-5-0 professional record to go along with 9 knockouts and 5 submissions.
