If you're at or below .500 heading into Week 9, it may be time to shake up your roster. There's no better way to do that than by swinging a big trade or two.

Fantasy Football Buy Low, Sell High

Here are the best buy-low, sell-high candidates to target in trades this week.

Fantasy Football Trade Targets

3. Buy: A.J. Brown, WR, Tennessee Titans

The Tennessee Titans offense is going to look a whole lot different moving forward. Tennessee has more team rushing attempts than anyone else in the league (260), and the Titans are bottom-10 in pass attempts per game (33.1). That's not going to continue now that Derrick Henry is out for the season. The biggest beneficiary of this has to be A.J. Brown, who has finally started to come on. It's tough to call him a "buy-low option" as he's coming off his two best games of the year. But that should be the norm for him moving forward, especially given how inconsistent Julio Jones has been. Brown has legit top-five WR upside the rest of the way, so go make a splash if you can get him for less than that.

2. Sell: Alvin Kamara, RB, New Orleans Saints

Look, Alvin Kamara is obviously still a top-10 RB. But his fantasy outlook got a whole lot worse this past week. The Jameis Winston injury means Taysom Hill will likely be starting the rest of the way, and Kamara was not the same player with Hill at QB last year. Kamara averaged 50.4 receiving yards per game last year, but that figure plummeted to 12.8 receiving yards per outing across Hill's four starts. It's fair to assume Kamara's production as a pass-catcher is going to take a hit. But the addition of Mark Ingram means Kamara could be losing some rushing work as well. With Derrick Henry likely out for the year, some fantasy managers may view Kamara as the overall RB1 in PPR leagues. But the developments of the past week make him more likely to be in the RB5-7 range. You might be able to get someone to overpay for Kamara this week.

1. Buy: Kyle Pitts, TE, Atlanta Falcons

Kyle Pitts has been working as the Atlanta Falcons' unofficial WR1 for the past few weeks. But that transition is certainly official now. Wide receiver Calvin Ridley has stepped away from the game to focus on his mental health, and there's no telling how long he'll be out. Pitts has already put together a few monster games this season, but fantasy managers might be able to get him at a discount after his Week 8 dud (3.13 PPR points) without Ridley. He's a top-three tight end the rest of the way, so if you can get him for anything less, go out and make a move.
