Life is good for the Houston Astros. A strong 4-0 win over the Tampa Bay Rays on Monday night saw the Astros clinch their fifth AL West title in the past six years. It's just the first step in Houston's quest to reach their fourth World Series appearance in that same span, but an important one. The importance of this accomplishment wasn't lost on the team.

Houston properly celebrated on the field and in the visitor's clubhouse following the game. Although, one player was especially excited: reliever Hector Neris.

Neris was on the mound for the final out of Monday's win and began the celebration with a big hug from catcher Christian Vazquez. This was just the start.

FOX reporter Mark Berman caught video of Neris' clubhouse celebration following the game. Simply put, it's epic.

Between the champagne showers and the "dance" moves, if that's what you want to call it, Neris appeared to be having a blast.

It's understandable. Neris joined the Astros as a free agent this past offseason. He previously spent eight years with the Philadelphia Phillies, none of which ended in a postseason run.

The first-year Astros reliever quickly became a trusted name in Dusty Baker's arsenal. Neris owns a team-leading 66 appearances while pitching to an impressive 3.30 ERA. His 0.926 WHIP is also the best mark of his nine-year career.

Neris is poised to pitch meaningful innings for the length of Astros' upcoming postseason run. They have a great opportunity to make it to the championship round, evidenced by their AL-leading +400 odds to win the 2022 World Series on FanDuel Sportsbook.
