The 2019-20 college football bowl season is upon us, with each team battling out one final effort to end their season on a high note. In this year's Hawaii Bowl, the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors take on the BYU Cougars. Despite playing in its home stadium, Hawaii is the 2-point underdog in this one, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

If you're looking to place a wager on this game, it's always wise to read up on what some industry experts have to say first. With that in mind, here are some expert predictions for the 2019 Hawaii Bowl between Hawaii and BYU.

Hawaii Bowl Predictions

Bleacher Report
Jake Rill of Bleacher Report gave his predictions for every bowl game against the spread, and he is predicting BYU to cover down to a 1.5-point spread in a win.

Washington Post
Neil Greenberg and Matt Bonesteel of the Washington Post also gave their predictions against the spread, but they are split in their decisions. Greenberg is siding with the Rainbow Warriors, while Bonesteel is picking the Cougars. They give Hawaii a 51 percent chance to win the game straight up.

Adam Rittenberg, senior writer at ESPN, expects BYU's offense move the ball well in this game as the deciding factor, predicting the Cougars to cover the spread and win this one, 37-31.

Overall, three of the four experts highlighted above are picking BYU to win by at least 1.5 points.
