Week 4 of the 2022 NCAA college football season includes a showdown between the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and UCF Knights. The Yellow Jackets couldn't get anything going last week, recording only 214 total offensive yards in their 42-0 loss to No. 20 Ole Miss.
On the other hand, UCF bounced back from its loss to Louisville in the form of a 40-14 win against Florida Atlantic. Running back John Rhys Plumlee could not be contained in the victory, turning his 20 carries into 121 rushing yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Georgia Tech vs UCF Prediction & Pick
This week's matchup marks the first Georgia Tech-UCF tilt since 2020 — a game that saw the Knights win in a 49-21 landslide. Fast forward to Saturday and there are a few reasons to believe that UCF will easily walk over Georgia Tech once again.
For starters, the Yellow Jackets have lost seven of their last eight road games, which doesn't bode well against a Knights squad that's 8-1 in their last nine home outings. Furthermore, Georgia Tech has had issues with AAC teams lately, going 1-4 against the spread in its last five games against the conference.
The Yellow Jackets also surrender 41.5 points per game (No. 115), which is good news for the Knights that have scored at least 40 in two of their three games thus far. In other words, all signs point to UCF winning this one without an issue.
Final Score Prediction: UCF: 40 | Georgia Tech: 14

Georgia Tech vs UCF Best Bet

Aside from its victory against a mediocre Western Carolina team, Georgia Tech hasn't kept things close with its opponents this season. The Yellow Jackets have been outscored 83-10 in their two losses, meaning they could have a tough time containing the Knights, who haven't had an issue moving the ball in their victories.
With Georgia Tech's lack of recent success against the AAC and in general, I'm taking UCF to cover the 21.5-point spread.
Bet: UCF -21.5 (-106)
