Heading into the 2020 season, most people expected the Jacksonville Jaguars to be one of the league's worst teams. In fact, after releasing starting running back Leonard Fournette mere days before the season officially kicked off, it seemed like the #TankForTrevor movement was fully underway in Duval County.

However, starting quarterback Gardner Minshew had different plans. The Jaguars came out and upset the Indianapolis Colts in Week 1 as Minshew threw for 3 TDS and completed 19-of-20 passes.

The Week 1 win didn't leave Minshew satisfied though. He even had an NSFW response about the rest of the season.

“That [win] just shows what we can do right there. That’s just a [expletive] glimpse. We ain’t even scratching the surface yet. Do not be satisfied with 1-0. We got another division game coming up so bring it this week in practice. Iron sharpens iron.”

Minshew himself was incredibly impressive in the win, throwing for 173 yards, 3 TDs and a 95 percent completion percentage.

While a lot of Jacksonville fans probably have dreams of drafting Trevor Lawrence No. 1 overall in next year's draft, Minshew looks like he could be the real deal. If he keeps putting up numbers and wins like that, the Jaguars won't be picking anywhere near the top of the draft.
