Four Key Braves Players Among Early Arrivals Ahead of Spring Training

Spring Training is finally here, as teams across MLB will see pitchers and catchers officially report this week ahead of preseason workouts. The Atlanta Braves are scheduled to have pitchers and catchers arrive on Feb. 15, followed by position players on Feb. 20.
However, that hasn't stopped a few members of the club from showing up early.
Ronald Acuña Jr., Ozzie Albies, Ian Anderson and Sean Murphy are among the early arrivers at #Braves camp. Those are just ones I’ve seen. There are others.

Braves Spring Training News
Ronald Acuña Jr., Ozzie Albies, Ian Anderson and Sean Murphy were all at camp on Monday ahead of their official arrival times, according to The Athletic's David O'Brien. There were others at camp as well, including pitchers Kyle Wright and A.J. Minter.
It's no surprise to see some important contributors eager to get to work before the season begins. Atlanta has dreams of winning another World Series title, and the remaining players from the 2021 squad know what kind of sacrifices it takes to get to baseball's biggest stage.
The Braves begin Spring Training play on Feb. 25 against the Boston Red Sox, so these early arrivals will have nearly two weeks to prepare before getting their 2023 preseason underway.
