The Week 14 waiver wire is not going to turn around your season. But there are still a few players who can make an impact down the stretch.

If you're looking to make a few moves on the margins this week, here are the top waiver wire sleepers for Week 14.

Waiver Wire Sleepers Week 14

Note: Only players rostered in fewer than 20% of Yahoo! fantasy football leagues are in consideration for this list.

3. Ricky Seals-Jones, TE, Washington Football Team (5% Rostered)

If you're truly desperate at tight end, Ricky Seals-Jones might be worth a flyer. Logan Thomas is done for the year, and Seals-Jones was perfectly fine while filling in for him earlier this season. In his five starts, he turned 6.0 targets into 4.0 receptions for 38.4 yards per game with 1 touchdown in that span. Terry McLaurin is the only real playmaker in this passing game, so Seals-Jones has the opportunity to return TE2 value the rest of the way.

2. Amon-Ra St. Brown, WR, Detroit Lions (6% Rostered)

Amon-Ra St. Brown got some hype in the preseason due to the Detroit Lions' dearth of wide receiver talent. It took him a while, but he might finally be starting to make good on it. The rookie turned a team-high 12 targets into 10 catches for 86 yards and the game-winning TD in Week 13. He's also played at least 96% of the snaps in back-to-back weeks. He's a name to monitor in deeper leagues.

1. Samaje Perine, RB, Cincinnati Bengals (7% Rostered)

Samaje Perine has been really effective when given the opportunity. In his three games with at least 5 carries, Perine has rushed 27 times for 147 yards (5.4 yards per carry). Joe Mixon has been absolutely on fire and is still the clear-cut leader of this backfield, but the fifth-year back did get a little banged up on Sunday. We don't know much about the severity of his neck injury, and it's entirely possible (if not likely) that Mixon is completely fine. But if he's forced to miss any time, Perine would immediately vault into the RB2 conversation – just look at the impact Alexander Mattison is having right now. Perine is a great handcuff option who should be rostered in way more than 7% of leagues.
