Even if you've gotten off to a slow start, sometimes you're just a move or two away from turning your season around. And even the smallest of moves can reap the biggest rewards.
If you need to make some more moves on the margins, here are three of the best fantasy football waiver wire sleepers for Week 10.
Waiver Wire Sleepers Week 10
Note: Only players rostered in fewer than 20% of Yahoo! fantasy football leagues are in consideration for this list.
3. Russell Gage, WR, Atlanta Falcons (16% Rostered)
With Calvin Ridley out for the foreseeable future, Russell Gage looks like he's stepping into a big role in this passing game. Kyle Pitts is the clear-cut No. 1 option, but Gage looks to be vying with Cordarrelle Patterson for No. 2 duties. Gage has put up at least 13.4 PPR points in two of his last three, and he's coming off a game that saw him turn 8 targets into 7 receptions for 64 yards. In a quietly explosive Atlanta Falcons' passing attack, Gage could be in the WR3 mix as long as Ridley is out of the lineup.
2. Eno Benjamin, RB, Arizona Cardinals (1% Rostered)
Chase Edmonds will be on the shelf for the next few weeks, leaving James Conner as the Arizona Cardinals' RB1. But the Cards have preferred to two-RB attack this season, so Eno Benjamin could be in for some sneaky good usage. Edmonds only played one snap before going down last week, and Benjamin stepped up by turning 9 carries into 39 yards and a TD. He could have some decent FLEX value while Edmonds is on the shelf, but you probably want to wait another week before plugging him into your lineup.
1. Taysom Hill, QB, New Orleans Saints (17% Rostered)
Don't forget about Taysom Hill. Hill was healthy enough to play last week, but Sean Payton might not have felt he was healthy enough to start at QB, so Trevor Siemian got the job. The results were mixed. Siemian threw for 249 yards with 2 touchdowns and 1 turnover in a losing effort against the beatable Atlanta Falcons' secondary. If Payton elects to give Hill the job, you're looking at a legitimate QB1 in fantasy. Hill started four games at QB last year, averaging 21.5 points per game, which made him fantasy's QB8 during that stretch. If you need help at quarterback, make a speculative add on Hill to see if he gets the job.
