Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Sleepers for Week 4

Week 3 of the 2020 NFL season wasn't nearly as hectic and chaotic as Week 2 was, but there were still plenty of notable storylines to emerge in fantasy football.
Savvy fantasy managers will find plenty of great options available on the waiver wire, but if you're in a deeper or more competitive league, you may need some lesser-known options.
That's where these three fantasy football waiver sleepers for Week 4 come into play.
1. O.J. Howard, TE, Tampa bay Buccaneers (22% Rostered)
With Chris Godwin on the shelf, there's plenty of volume up for grabs in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' offense. O.J. Howard only saw 3 targets with Godwin on the shelf in Week 2, but he did that while playing a season-high 56 percent of the Bucs' offensive snaps. He's obviously not a direct replacement for Godwin at WR, but look for Howard's opportunity to increase significantly as the Bucs look to get more weapons involved while Godwin is sidelined for the next few weeks.
2. Zach Pascal, WR, Indianapolis Colts (4% Rostered)
The Indianapolis Colts' wide receivers just can't stay healthy, and Michael Pittman Jr. has now joined Parris Campbell on the shelf. Like we saw in 2019, that leaves Zach Pascal as one of the team's top wideouts, and he played 93 percent of the team's offensive snaps in Week 3. Philip Rivers only threw the ball 21 times as the Colts clobbered the New York Jets, but look for that volume to increase significantly against the Chicago Bears in Week 4, which should translate to a solid target number for Pascal.
3. James Washington, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers (11% Rostered)
With Diontae Johnson in the concussion protocol, look for James Washington's role to expand in Week 4. Johnson made an early exit with the injury in Week 3, and Johnson played a season-high 61 percent snap share while racking up 7 targets. Keep a close eye on this game, as it could be postponed due to a few Tennessee Titans players testing positive for COVID-19, but if Johnson misses any games then Washington will be a viable fantasy option.
