While the Philadelphia Eagles were hampered by a dearth of wide receiver talent in the 2019 season, that doesn't look to be the case heading into 2020.
Top wideout Alshon Jeffery is coming off an injury-plagued season filled with trade rumors, but the team seems to expect that the veteran wideout will still bring them a ton of value in the year ahead.
Alshon Jeffery Eagles Projection 2020
The Eagles organization has clearly made the wide receiver position a priority for the year ahead. In addition to having Jeffery and DeSean Jackson healed up, they signed free agent Marquise Goodwin and drafted three receivers, spending a first-round pick on Jalen Reagor and adding John Hightower and Quez Watkins in the later rounds.
Considering they've added so many pieces, the fact that they still plan on having Jeffery play a big role is a great sign for their faith in both his health and abilities.
Now that Carson Wentz has a full array of weapons at his disposal, fans in Philly have to be excited about what's to come in the 2020 season!
