The Los Angeles Chargers offense is about to get its star running back with the return of Melvin Gordon, but in the meantime, they are dealing with several injuries to their other skill positions.

Already without Hunter Henry for several weeks, the team will also be missing both wide receiver Mike Williams and running back Justin Jackson in Week 4 against the Miami Dolphins, while WR Travis Benjamin is listed as doubtful to play. With so many injuries, Dontrelle Inman is looking like the clear-cut number three option in the offense behind WR Keenan Allen and RB Austin Ekeler.

Inman is currently on his second stint with the Chargers, after spending all of last season with the Indianapolis Colts. The seven-year vet has been limited to three receptions through three weeks, but for 56 yards, good for a healthy 18.7 yards per catch.

With so many of his teammates out, Inman should likely see his highest target total of the season and has the potential to make some big gains due to the opponent. The Dolphins have been the laughing stock of the NFL so far, allowing a league-high 44.3 points per game. Miami has mostly been burned on the ground, due to game scripts, but still allow the ninth most points to fantasy wide receivers.

Inman will need to get his stats early, with the Chargers likely to get out to a big lead, but the opportunity will be huge due to all of the injuries. He makes for a WR3 streamer in most leagues, and has upside as a DFS play due to his low salary.
