We now begin Week 4 of the NFL season with the Miami Dolphins facing off against the Cincinnati Bengals in Cincinnati. Miami remains one of just two undefeated teams in the league. Cincinnati has had a tough go of it to start the year but picked up its first win of the season against the New York Jets last week.

The Bengals enter this game as 3.5-point favorites on FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds and are at a significant injury advantage this week against the Dolphins.

Dolphins Injury Update - SIC Score 84.2

The Dolphins have a number of key players dealing with injuries at the moment, although it appears that most of their big names will be available on Thursday.

Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa will reportedly play through his back and ankle injuries, but will likely be less than 100% on a short week.

Wide receiver Jaylen Waddle (groin) and LT Terron Armstead (toe) are listed as questionable but will play through their ailments. Waddle's groin issue is something to monitor for the speedster, but he is likely dealing with a minor issue.

Armstead posted three straight practice DNPs which seems worrisome, but the stud has nursed this issue for the last few weeks and played through.

We do hold concerns for elite CB Xavien Howard, who played through a groin/glute injury in Week 3. Although likely to play, he will be less effective in a short week as he has less time to recover.

Bengals Injury Update - SIC Score 89.1

The Bengals come into the game with few injury issues on offense but did lose a key piece of their defense in D.J. Reader.

Reader missed most of the first year of his big contract after he suffered a season-ending torn quad. Last year, the tackle played extremely well in 15 regular season games, helping Cincinnati's defense get to the Super Bowl by stopping the run effectively. He will be out for the foreseeable future, however, meaning the Bengals' run defense will be severely affected.

Newcomer RT La’el Collins is nursing a back issue suffered during the offseason, but he's played through it so far and is expected to do so again on Thursday. The offensive line played much better in Week 3, allowing just 2 sacks after giving up 13 in the first two weeks.

Linebacker Germaine Pratt is expected to return on Thursday after missing Week 3 due to a knee issue.

Chase Edmonds Over 32.5 Rushing Yards (-110)

Edmonds has started off mildly in Miami but faces a Bengals defense missing its top run-stopper. Although not utilized heavily this season so far, expect the former Arizona Cardinals player to exploit the injury advantage and go over the measly number.
