DeVante Parker Fantasy Outlook Continues to Improve Heading into Dolphins' Easier Upcoming Schedule

There hasn't been a lot to get excited about in the Miami Dolphins' offense this season, but DeVante Parker has been a bright spot, especially since teammate Preston Williams landed on IR.

One (and maybe the only) perk of having a fantasy player on a team as terrible as the Dolphins is that there tends to be a ton of passing volume to go around, with their team typically playing from behind.

Parker embodies that idea, averaging 7.2 targets per game on the year. His volume has been especially impressive in recent weeks after Williams was placed on IR with a season-ending injury, and Parker has seen double-digit targets in each of the last two games.

This kind of volume hasn't just given Parker a big overall fantasy score, it's also brought consistency. In PPR scoring he has not posted fewer than 11.8 fantasy points in a game since Week 3, averaging 15.0 per game during that time.

Things don't figure to get any worse for Parker down the stretch of the fantasy season either. Two of his next three opponents are giving up top-five fantasy production to opposing wideouts.

Even with his toughest matchup of the three on tap against the Cleveland Browns, Parker sits at WR20 in our Week 12 PPR fantasy football rankings. He's still available on the waiver wire in 35 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Football leagues, and he should be considered a must-add, particularly in PPR formats.
