David Johnson Injury News Just Got Much Worse for Texans
By David Hayes

This has not been a great week for Houston Texans running back David Johnson, and unfortunately, it only just got worse.
Johnson was diagnosed with a concussion following a Week 9 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Things weren't looking good for Johnson's availability this Sunday in Week 10 against the Cleveland Browns, however, the news that came down just one day prior to this kickoff has put his availability in question for a minimum of three weeks to come.

Concussions, are, of course, nothing to be taken lightly, and it's great to see the Texans taking the proper precautions to ensure that Johnson is on the necessary path to a full and healthy recovery.
But this does come as quite the bummer for Texans fans looking for the most out of the former star Arizona Cardinals RB who was brought to H-town in return for their star WR, DeAndre Hopkins in this offseason's blockbuster trade.
With a minimum three-week absence now in the cards for DJ, Duke Johnson will take over lead back duties. The Texans will also likely call on C.J. Prosise to pick up some of the slack in the backfield.
