Davante Adams Wants Receiving Lessons From Hunter Renfrow

The Las Vegas Raiders made a splashy addition to offense this offseason by trading for star wide receiver Davante Adams. The former Green Bay Packers standout is considered by some as the best WR in the league, and he'll now headline an imposing duo with Raiders wideout Hunter Renfrow.
Many think Adams could help Renfrow get even better, but it turns out the opposite may be the case.
Adams was watching film of Hunter Renfrow last night. "People say I can help him but he might be able to teach me a few things. Dude's a young player but he's seasoned." #Raiders

Adams told reporters at his introductory press conference that he watched Renfrow's film the night before, and he admitted the former Clemson product "might be able to teach me a few things." Adams marveled at Renfrow's "seasoned" play despite being only 26 years old.
Renfrow dishing out some knowledge to Adams isn't likely what most fans expected, but it's exciting nonetheless. Renfrow has earned praise as one of the best route-runners in the league, so he could help Adams unlock a new level in his game, which would be a nightmare for opposing teams.
The potential of the Adams-Renfrow duo in 2022 is tantalizing with both receivers come off of career years. That pairing wreaking havoc on secondaries will be key to fueling the Raiders' championship hopes.
