Danielle Hunter is Quietly on a Hall-of-Fame Trajectory

Danielle Hunter doesn't get the respect he deserves. Since entering the league in 2015, he's racked up a ridiculous 54.5 sacks across those five seasons, making back-to-back Pro Bowl nominations (2018-19) in the process.
If that's not impressive enough, Hunter's 54.5 sacks are the third most of all time before a player's age-25 season.
Most sacks from a player through age 25 season.

Played more games than most of the guys on here, but Danielle Hunter is in fantastic company. pic.twitter.com/IoHg2B7Ewf
Of course, it should be noted that Hunter's 78 games played are more than most of the others on this list. He was the youngest player in the NFL when he entered the league, giving him a bit more time to rack up numbers, but he didn't become a regular starter until his third season. In fact, he's only started 49 games – far fewer than most of the others on this list.
Still, the company he finds himself in is impressive. He's behind Derrick Thomas (a Hall-of-Fame member) and J.J. Watt, who is almost certainly on his way to Canton, as he's already won three Defensive Player of the Year awards.
Not turning 26 until October 29, Hunter will have a chance to end up atop this list (if the season starts on time). If he keeps playing at this level, Hunter could have a special career.
