Damien Harris Stats
Damien Harris was part of a crowded Crimson Tide backfield throughout his tenure in Tuscaloosa. As a result, he never saw more than 150 carries in one season, but that didn't stop him from recording1000-yard rushing seasons in both his sophomore and junior years. During those two seasons, Harris posted an impressive 7.1 and 7.6 yards per attempt, respectively.
As Harris' role evolved at Alabama he developed a nose for the end zone and became a force to be reckoned with at the goal line, scoring 20 touchdowns on the ground over his last two seasons with the Crimson Tide. One potential drawback for Harris in the modern NFL is that he hasn't shown much promise in the receiving game, hauling in only 52 receptions for 407 yards over his 54 career games with Alabama. However, he did show improvement in this area during his senior year, catching a career-high 22 passes.

Early Second Round
Damien Harris Draft Prediction
Oakland Raiders (No. 35), Atlanta Falcons (No. 45)
The Oakland Raiders need a downhill runner with excellent vision like Harris to fit into second-year head coach Jon Gruden's run-heavy offense. Harris doesn't have breakaway speed, but he can make the kind of cuts and adjustments necessary to be successful on interior rushing plays.
If the Raiders pass on Harris, look for the Atlanta Falcons to take him with the No. 45 overall selection in the draft. Atlanta lost Tevin Coleman this offseason, and they could use a powerful back to share the load with two-time Pro Bowler Devonta Freeman, who is returning froman injury-plagued 2018 season that saw him attempt just 14 total rushes.
