Dak Prescott Injury Update is Huge Red Flag for Fantasy Outlook in 2021

Dak Prescott was a fantasy football star in his last full season in 2019, finishing second only to Lamar Jackson in fantasy output among quarterbacks. He was on pace for more of the same in 2020, averaging a ridiculous 26.9 fantasy points per game before getting hurt. No QB averaged more on the season.
That has people really excited about his fantasy football outlook in 2021. But the latest comments from Adam Schefter are seriously concerning.

Dak Prescott Fantasy Football Outlook
Prescott has said he expects to play in Week 1, but even if he doesn't miss any time a lingering injury could seriously hamper his value.
Part of his upside has always come from the work he can do with his legs, scoring 6 rushing touchdowns in each of his first three NFL seasons and adding 3 in just five games in 2020. Lingering issues with his ankle could both slow him down on the ground and force him to take a more cautious approach and scramble less.
And of course, struggling to move in the pocket could also have ill effects on his passing efficiency.
With one of the NFL's best offensive lines and a supporting cast most QBs can only dream of, a fully healthy Prescott could easily be a top-five, or even top-three fantasy QB this season.
With these injury concerns rearing their ugly head, however, things are suddenly much cloudier.
Prescott has an average draft position (ADP) of QB5 per FantasyPros, and The Duel's 2021 fantasy football rankings have him checking in at QB6.
