Cowboys Get Terrific Injury Update on Wide Receiver

The Dallas Cowboys have won four of their last five games and thier offense has been humming along, scoring at least 28 points in four straight games.

That same offense is about to get another boost with the return of wide receiver James Washington. The fifth-year wideout broke his foot during training camp and has yet to step on the field for the Cowboys.
With his return from Injured Reserve to practice, Washington's 21-day window to be added to the active roster has begun.

Washington's most successful pro season came in 2019 with the Pittsburgh Steelers when he hauled in 44 catches for 735 yards. Dallas could use production like that added to their wide receiver group the rest of the way this season.
