College football's Week 13 lineup brings us only one top-25 matchup, but it should be a great one as No. 8 Penn State hits the road to take on No. 2 Ohio State as massive 18.5-point underdogs at 12 p.m. EST in Columbus.

After a we saw two of the five remaining unbeatens fall, with both Minnesota and Baylor going down last Saturday, Week 12's action could be hard to upstage. With just two more weeks remaining in the 2019 regular season, here's a look at the three teams that need to be on upset alert, both straight up and against the spread, in Week 13.

1. No. 8 Penn State @ No. 2 Ohio State (-18.5)

Even though Ohio State has been a historic tear of dominance through Week 12 this season, this is quite a spread to separate the nation's second-best team from its eighth-best one. In terms of talent potential, Penn State is arguably the only team in the Big Ten that has the athletes to hang with Ohio State this year, and each of the last three meetings in this series have been decided by three points or fewer.

2. Texas Longhorns @ No. 14 Baylor Bears (-6)

Texas has turned a surprisingly tough corner over the past month, going just 2-2 in its last four games after the Longhorns opened the year heralded as a potential College Football Playoff contender. However, the talent and recruits that earned that kind of praise are still on this team, and Baylor is an opponent the Longhorns have absolutely dominated lately. Tom Herman hasn't lost to Baylor since taking over in Austin, and Texas has won four straight meetings with the Bears, including two wins in Waco. Baylor is also fresh off a debilitating loss that saw the Bears blow a 25-point lead and control of the Big 12 in a Week 12 loss to Oklahoma.

3. No. 10 Minnesota Golden Gophers (-13.5) @ Northwestern Wildcats

If there was ever a trap game on Minnesota's 2019 schedule, this Week 13 matchup with Northwestern would have to be it. Coming off an emotional road loss to Iowa that ruined Minnesota's perfect season with only two games remaining, the Gophers hit the road for the second straight week to face the Big Ten's worst team in the 2-8 Wildcats. Northwestern is still winless in conference play, and Saturday is senior night in Evanston for a group of returning players that played in last year's Big Ten title game. Minnesota may also have its eyes fixed on an upcoming Week 14 finale with rival Wisconsin in a matchup that will likely decide the winner of this year's Big Ten West. If heavily-favored Wisconsin defeats Purdue at home this Saturday, a loss to Northwestern would carry no effect on Minnesota's ability to win the Big Ten West, so we could see a much more motivated Wildcats' team playing with nothing to lose. Northwestern is also 3-1 in its last four matchups with the Gophers at home in Evanston.
