The Milwaukee Bucks, the top seed in the Eastern Conference, tip off against the No. 4 seed Boston Celtics in Game 1 of their second-round series this afternoon.

It's expected to be a competitive series with the Bucks favored (-310) over the Celtics (+240) to advance to the Eastern Conference championship. As for Game 1, the Bucks are 8-point favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

As it's always smart to hear what those in the industry have to say before placing a bet, here are some expert predictions for Sunday afternoon's game.

Bucks vs Celtics Game 1 Predictions

Sports Chat Place

Sports Chat Place likes the Celtics to at least cover the spread, if not win Game 1, in Milwaukee. They aren't buying the Bucks as a championship team and noted that they weren't tested in their first-round series with the Pistons. They're taking the Celtics and the points.

Cappers Picks

Cappers Picks believes that Bucks will win Game 1, but the Celtics will keep it close enough to cover the spread. They're predicting a final score of 108-103 in favor of Milwaukee.

USA Today: Sportsbook Wire

Esten McLaren, of Sportsbook Wire, is going with the the Bucks to win and cover the spread. Milwaukee went 33-8 at home during the regular season and covered in 25 of those games. McLaren notes that the Bucks are the higher seed for a reason and that they should hold serve at home.

That's two of three experts taking the Celtics plus the points and the other expecting the Bucks to win and cover in Game 1 of this Eastern Conference semifinals matchup.
