Cardinals Prioritizing Open GM Role Ahead of Kliff Kingsbury Replacement

The Arizona Cardinals opted for a near complete overhaul after a dreadful four-win season under head coach Kliff Kingsbury. Arizona relieved Kingsbury of his duties while GM Steve Keim "stepped aside" to focus on his health.
These are two massive positions to fill before the offseason ramps up with player personnel decisions, but owner Michael Bidwill has a plan. It's clear the franchise is prioritizing the open GM role ahead of finding Kingsbury's replacement.
It appears @AZCardinals owner Michael Bidwill will focus on GM candidates before coaching candidates. He already has interviewed internal candidates Quentin Harris and Adrian Wilson, and today is interviewing former Giants GM Jerry Reese.

NFL insider Jim Trotter explained the process, indicating the Cardinals have already interviewed a pair of internal candiates for the role in Quentin Harris and Adrian Wilson. Bidwill is also interviewing former New York Giants GM Jerry Reese on Tuesday.
Harris took a role as vice president of player personnel in 2021 while Wilson took over as vice president of pro scouting in the same year.
This is a clear top-down approach from Bidwill and the rest of the front office group.
