Calvin Ridley Fantasy Value Falls With No Targets in First Half Against Colts in Week 3

Calvin Ridley was a touchdown-scoring machine as a rookie in 2018, racking up 10 TDs on 92 targets. The 2019 season started out as more of the same for the second-year Falcons' WR, with two TDs in two games.
He seems to have hit a huge speed bump in Week 3 though, not even recording a single target in the first half of the Atlanta Falcons' matchup with the Indianapolis Colts.
I'm not a fan of this whole "No targets for Calvin Ridley" thing.

Ridley had looked to be establishing himself as more than just a TD scorer to open the season too, sitting second on the team with 16 targets through two games. He's not likely to post many goose eggs, and his fantasy value isn't completely shot from just one poor half, but the number of mouths to feed in Atlanta remains a concern.
Heading into Week 2, the Falcons had four players (Julio Jones, Ridley, Austin Hooper and Mohamed Sanu) with at least 13 targets, while Devonta Freeman also had eight out of the backfield. And all four of them recorded first-half receptions in Week 3 as well.

The Duel had Ridley among the top 36 WRs in our Week 3 fantasy football rankings, but if his volume doesn't bounce back quickly, fantasy owners should not consider him a must-start, even as a FLEX play, in a tough matchup against the stout Tennessee Titans' defense in Week 4.
