Giannis Antetokounmpo Injury Update
Milwaukee revealed that Giannis is expected to miss Saturday's game in Miami with knee soreness. He sat out Thursday's game in Miami as well, which the Bucks lost, 108-102.
The injury may explain his recent slump, as the two-time MVP hasn't looked like himself lately. Over his last four games, he's averaged just 17 points on 36% shooting from the floor.
Antetokounmpo's next chance to play will be on Monday at home against the Indiana Pacers. In the meantime, his absence is having a significant effect on the odds for Saturday's game. Milwaukee is currently listed as a 4-point road underdog against Miami on FanDuel Sportsbook's NBA odds despite having a better record.
The Bucks are 4-3 without Giannis this year, so it's not like they're totally helpless. They'll look to end their 2-1 road trip on a high note before returning back home.
