Bruce Arians is part NFL head coach, part human quote machine. Now that he's won his first Super Bowl as a head coach, don't expect that to change any time soon.

But Arians may have outdone himself this time, issuing a bad-ass quote about the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' training camp in 2021. Check out what he said on The Loose Cannons over the weekend.

When our guys come back, and that’s my job, I'm going to beat the s*** out of them... We’re going back to basics and we’re going to have one hell of a training camp and know what our foundation is.

Bruce Arians

That's quite the statement. But Arians has a rare knack for walking the line between being a player's coach and a hard-nosed, demanding drill sergeant. This quote definitely displays that quality.

Tampa Bay has somehow managed to re-sign pretty much every key contributor from last year's Super Bowl run. In fact, the Bucs are the first team in the salary cap era to retain all 22 starters from last year's Super Bowl-winning team.

But if those players thought they'd get to rest on their laurels in 2021, it sure sounds like they're in for a rude awakening in training camp.

Tampa Bay (+850) currently boasts the second-best odds to win next year's Super Bowl, per FanDuel Sportsbook.
