Browns Open as Massive Underdogs in Week 1 Against Ravens

After a disappointing 2019 season, the Cleveland Browns underwent some changes this offseason, hiring a new head coach and revamping their offensive line. They are hoping these changes are reflected in their record, but it could be tough sledding right out of the gates.
Cleveland faces the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1, entering the game as massive underdogs. According to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Browns are 7.5-point underdogs against their AFC North foe.

With a new head coach and a completely new offense, many feel Cleveland could start the season a bit slow, as they figure things out on the field. Facing a tough Ravens defense that gave up the third-fewest points last season (18.2), it could be tough to evaluate just how good the Browns will be.
On top of that, it's difficult to make any kind of comeback against the Ravens. If the Browns get down early, Baltimore will lean even heavier on their talented running game. We saw this often last season, as they dominated the time of possession, controlling the ball for 57.34 percent of the time (No. 1 in NFL).

The Browns enter Week 1 as the second-largest underdogs in the odds. The Houston Texans (+9.5) against the Kansas City Chiefs is the only wider spread of the opening week of football.
