Browns Get Good News on Myles Garrett Injury Update
By Max Staley

The Cleveland Browns struggled through a tough loss on Sunday, falling, 16-6, to the Las Vegas Raiders. But believe it or not, things could've actually been a lot worse. Superstar defensive end Myles Garrett hurt his knee on Sunday, but he's apparently going to be just fine.
The 24-year-old is expected to be back to 100% health following Cleveland's Week 9 bye.
Great news from HC Kevin Stefanski — “no structural damage” for @MylesLGarrett and he will be ready to go after the Bye in Week 10

This is obviously incredible news for Cleveland, as he has been the lone bright spot on an otherwise terrible Browns defense. Prior to last week, Cleveland was the league's ninth-worst defense by Football Outsiders' DVOA metrics despite getting otherworldly production from Garrett.
The former No. 1 overall pick is currently tied for an NFL-best 9.0 sacks, and he still has an outside shot at breaking the all-time single-season sack record in 2020.
Hopefully Garrett's recovery goes as planned, because the Browns' will need him at full strength as they vie for a playoff berth this season.
