Brooks Koepka has four major championships under his belt, but he has never won the British Open. He struggled a bit compared to the rest of the field in Round 1, but he redeemed himself with a 4-under 66 in Round 2 to get him in contention heading into the weekend.
Brooks Koepka British Open Odds
Currently, Koepka sits in a tied for 12th on the actual leaderboard, six shots back of leader Louis Oosthuizen. When it comes to odds, Koepka was at +2000 following Round 1. After his Round 2 performance, Koepka's odds are now at +1800, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
It's a small jump, but a jump nonetheless. He still has the fourth-best odds despite being tied for 12th on the leaderboard. That should give you a hint of how the oddsmakers feel about his chances this weekend.
Koepka knows how to close out majors, so expect him to make an additional push on Saturday to get himself even closer to the top of the leaderboard. And as long as he's in shouting distance on the start on Round 4, it's hard to count him out.
