For the first 10.5 years of his Hall of Fame worthy NFL career, Von Miller spent this time playing for the Denver Broncos. That all changed in November when Miller was traded to the Los Angeles Rams. Fast forward three months and the eight-time Pro Bowler is prepping to suit up for the Rams in Super Bowl 56.

Despite his current situation, Miller recently reflected on his feelings towards the Broncos, the team that drafted him back in 2011. It's something that will warm the hearts of Broncos fans around the country.

“I didn’t want to leave, if it was up to me I’d still be in Denver. This wasn’t my choice. I always wanted to be a Denver Bronco forever. I’ll always be a Denver Bronco forever. I’m just here working in L.A. right now.”

It's quite clear that the city of Denver and the Broncos franchise holds a special and forever place in Miller's heart. The fact that he's still considering himself a Bronco ahead of just his third career Super Bowl appearance, and first with a new team, is telling.

The city of Denver may just have to root for the Rams, particularly Miller, to take home the Lombardi Trophy on Sunday. Fortunately, the Rams are listed as 4-point favorites to win Super Bowl LVI on FanDuel Sportsbook.
