The New York Giants are in the midst of a fantastic season under first-year head coach Brian Daboll. After entering the season with low expectations, the Giants sit at 7-2 and one game back of the NFC's No. 1 seed.
They have done this all with one of the thinnest and lesser known wide receeiver groups in the NFL. One wideout the team has a lot of expectations for is Wan'Dale Robinson.
Wan'Dale Robinson Injury Update
The rookie wideout is a fast and shifty slot-type guy that can do damage in the open field. He has had some early injury troubles though, only playing in five games so far this season. He played in Week 10, but remains questionable for Week 11 with a hamstring injury. Although, Daboll says he is "trending in the right direction."
Robinson hasn't exactly blown up the stat sheet even when he's been active, but then again, no one on the Giants offense has outside of Saquon Barkley. This is simply not a team that has found much success through the air so far this season. Nevertheless, we have seen Robinson's potential at times and that will only get better with more reps.
With the Giants in the thick of tight playoff races in both the division and conference, every win matters and Robinson adds a dynamic element to their offense.
