Brewers Eyeing Key Positional Upgrade Through Wealth of Outfield Prospects

Outside of an odd deal to acquire catcher William Contreras from the Atlanta Braves, the Milwaukee Brewers have been relatively quiet this offseason. MLB insider Ken Rosenthal doesn't expect that trend to continue for long, however.
He identified one positional upgrade the team is eyeing in the trade market, which can be accomplished thanks to Milwaukee's wealth of prospects in the outfield.

Milwaukee Brewers Trade Rumors
Outfielder Esteury Ruiz was regarded as the key piece in Milwaukee's three-team trade to acquire Contreras. The Oakland Athletics were not ready to move on from Sean Murphy until Ruiz's name was involved.
Rosenthal explained that fans should not be surprised if the Brewers flip another one of their highly-rated outfield prospects for pitching, as four of Milwaukee's top five prospects are outfielders.
Of the four outfielders listed, Rosenthal believes No. 3-ranked Joey Wiemer and No. 5-ranked Garrett Mitchell are more likely options to be moved.
