The Philadelphia 76ers are on the brink of elimination in their second-round Eastern Conference Playoffs series with the Toronto Raptors. After the Raps won Game 5 by 36 points in Toronto on Tuesday night, things weren't looking great for Philadelphia.

But the 76ers aren't done yet as Game 6 on Thursday night is at the Wells Fargo Center, where they went 31-10 during the regular season and have three wins in five games during the NBA Playoffs.

Plus, there's one betting trend that points to us seeing a Game 7 come Sunday.

The 76ers won 73.5 percent of their games after a loss this season, essentially winning three out of every four games following a defeat. They're slightly worse, but still good, against the spread, covering 21 of 34 games after a loss. With Philadelphia sitting as a 2-point underdog in Game 6, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, a straight-up win would be a cover anyway.

In the 2019 NBA Playoffs, Philadelphia is 2-1 straight up following a loss. They won Game 2 against the Nets after losing Game 1, and did the same against Toronto in this series. A Game 5 loss to the Raptors was the first time the 76ers suffered back-to-back losses in the playoffs.

In Game 6 tonight, Philadelphia is playing at home in a must-win game and has clearly thrived following losses this season. If the 76ers can pull off another bounce-back win, anything can happen in a winner-take-all Game 7.
