3 Best Prop Bets for Hawks vs Celtics NBA Game on FanDuel Sportsbook

1. Trae Young - Points: Over 27.5 (-116)

Trae Young continues to prove why he's one of the best scorers in the NBA, averaging 27.8 points per game this season. Even though it's a small sample size, he's hit the over on this prop three times in his last five games — including a pair of 41-point efforts. Even though the Celtics have one of the best defenses in the league, Young dropped a 30-piece against them on Feb. 13. With the Hawks as the 6-point underdogs, Atlanta will look to Young early and often, which should lead to him hitting the over on this prop.

2. Marcus Smart - Assists: Over 6.5 (+108)

Marcus Smart is Boston's best passer, however, he's been playing his best basketball of the season lately. The 27-year-old veteran is averaging 5.8 helpers over his last six games, finishing with exactly seven assists on four occasions. One of those instances includes his outing against the Hawks, which proves that he could easily do it again tonight at TD Garden. Atlanta's underwhelming scoring defense will yield many opportunities for the Celtics, which means Smart should have enough opportunities to set up teammates and hit the over here.

3. Clint Capela - Rebounds: Under 11.5 (-118)

Clint Capela is one of the top rebounders in the league, averaging 12.1 boards per game this season. Having said that, he's struggled to maintain that level of production since returning from his injury, averaging 9.9 RPG in his last 16 contests. To make matters worse, he's finished with the under on this prop in three of his last four games. Meanwhile, the Celtics are a great defensive team and have held centers to 11th-fewest rebounds this season. Until he can consistently put together double-digit performances again, go with the under for Capela, especially since he has to contend with Robert Williams tonight.
