Friday's NBA schedule has nine games, including an exciting clash between the Philadelphia 76ers and Dallas Mavericks. The Mavericks are a 1.5-point home favorite and the over/under is set at 210 points.

Here's three of the best prop bets for the 76ers-Mavericks game, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.

76ers vs Mavericks Prop Bets Tonight

1. Dwight Powell - Points: Under 6.5 (-108)

Dwight Powell has been inserted into the starting lineup lately as Kristaps Porzingis continues to deal with knee injury. However, he has played in less than 20 minutes in five of his last eight games. That gives him little opportunity to score the basketball. Powell has poured in less than six points in four of his last seven games and draws a tough matchup in this one. The 76ers have Joel Embiid posting up on the inside and have allowed the ninth-fewest opponent points in the paint per game when playing away from home this season (45.3). Powell's lessened role makes him hard to trust tonight.

2. Tyrese Maxey - Assists: Over 5.5 (-110)

This number seems a bit too low given Tyrese Maxey's ability to dish the ball out. The second-year pro out of Kentucky has posted at least 6 assists in six of his last seven games and is surrounded by shooters. More importantly, head coach Doc Rivers is beginning to lean on Maxey more and more. The 21-year-old has played at least 38 minutes in each of his last four games and has the ball in his hands on seemingly every possession. Keep in mind Dallas is giving up over 25 assists per game over their last three contests. Their inexperience in covering Maxey should allow him to ball out.

3. Dorian Finney-Smith - Rebounds: Over 4.5 (-144)

The 76ers are no slouch defensively, but they struggle to control the boards on a nightly basis. In fact, Philadelphia is giving up the highest opponent defensive rebounding percentage in the NBA (80.2%) as well as the 12th-most total rebounds per game (53.1). That bodes well for Dorian Finney-Smith's chances of pulling down 5 boards tonight. The sixth-year pro has cashed the over on this bet in seven of his last nine games. He knows that his role on the Mavericks involves defending the perimeter and grabbing rebounds. Look for Finney-Smith to keep his momentum going in this one.
