Let's take a look at one player prop for each team playing on Wednesday, June 9.
Nuggets vs Suns Player Props
Nuggets Player Props
1. Aaron Gordon - Points: Over 12.5 (-118)
Aaron Gordon has provided a solid source of scoring for the Denver Nuggets this postseason. He's hit 13 or more points in six of his seven games this playoffs, including 18 in Game 1 of this matchup against the Phoenix Suns. Gordon stepped up in the series opener with Michael Porter Jr. limited by a back injury, and MPJ is still nursing that ailment heading into this game. Porter's back problems could lead to Gordon getting a heavy dose of looks in an offense devoid of real scoring options. That gives him a prime opportunity to hit the over on Wednesday.
Suns Player Props
2. Deandre Ayton - Rebounds: Under 10.5 (-128)
Deandre Ayton is a nightly double-double threat and rebound magnet, but he faces an uphill battle to hit the over on his rebound total tonight. He's posted just 20 combined rebounds over his last three games, which is a clear drop-off for the big man, who grabbed 17 rebounds in Game 4 of the first round alone. Ayton's matchup this series presents an obvious hurdle for his rebounding efforts. Nuggets big man Nikola Jokic is averaging 10.3 RPG this postseason, and Denver as a team allowed the fewest RPG (48.3) to opponents in the regular season. It's hard to see Ayton grabbing enough rebounds to hit the over here.
