Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr was even better than imagined in his NFL season. Chase not only broke franchise records as a rookie, but even league records as well. He now draws a rematch with the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game, and he's already shown that this is an opponent he knows how to exploit.

With that in mind, here are the three best Ja'Marr Chase prop bets for the AFC Championship, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.

Ja'Marr Chase Prop Bets

1. Ja'Marr Chase - Receiving Yards: Over 85.5 (-114)

Chase proved he's able to rack up yards in bunches this year. He averaged 85.5 yards per game during the regular season on just under 5.0 receptions, showcasing his ability to make plays with the ball in his hands. He has surpassed this over in four of his past five games, including both of the Bengals' games in the postseason so far. With an average of 8.8 targets over the past five outings, it's clear Joe Burrow is leaning on Chase, so he should have plenty of opportunities to burn this Chiefs defense.

2. Ja'Marr Chase - Alt Receiving Yards: 100+ Yards (+142)

And why stop there when looking at Chase's yardage total? He's gone for 100-plus yards in four of his past five games, and he's put up at least 109 yards in both playoff games to this point. What's even better: Chase's best game in terms of yardage took place in Week 17 against these same Chiefs, when he popped off for 266 receiving yards and broke the single-game rookie record in that category. This total is firmly within the realm of possibility for the rookie, so it's worth taking a stab at with juiced odds.

3. Ja'Marr Chase - Longest Reception: Over 28.5 (-130)

Chase's big-play ability is what's allowed to have a historic first year in the NFL. He combines physicality with speed to burn opposing cornerbacks and get behind defenses for sometimes huge gains. He showcased that special talent when he took off for a 72-yard touchdown when these teams met in Week 17. That wasn't even Chase's longest play of the season, either; he scampered for an 82-yard score against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 7. And just last week, Chase recorded a 57-yard catch and run against the Tennessee Titans. There's no reason to believe he won't be able to get past a secondary he humiliated earlier this season.
