For years, Cincinnati Bengals fans have been hoping for an all-white Bengal Tiger look from their team. With the NFL's now-changed rule limiting teams to one helmet, the people of southeast Ohio almost immediately got their wish.
And boy oh boy, do they look beautiful. Now fast forward to the start of the season and the Bengals have officially announced they will be wearing the uniforms on Thursday Night Football this week, against the Miami Dolphins. Thursday Night Football has always been reserved for alternate or "Color Rush" jerseys for each team, and this is the Bengals newest take on it.
Bengals White Tiger Field
All week the Bengals have been hyping up the debut of these long-awaited uniforms, and today, they dropped the next piece of the puzzle, the field. Paycor Stadium's field is fully decked out with black and white striped end zones and a midfield Bengals logo.
If this doesn't get both the fans and the team hyped up for their Thursday night primetime matchup, I'm not sure what will. With this team coming in at a disappointing 1-2 to start the season, going up against an undefeated Dolphins team, a win could turn Cincinnati's season around.
The Bengals are currently 3.5-point home favorites against the Dolphins on Thursday Night, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's latest NFL odds.
