The Chicago Bears are coming off an overtime loss to the New Orleans Saints in Week 8. Still, Chicago is very much in contention, with a 5-3 record. Despite the record, many have dismissed the Bears of being much of anything this season.

In Week 9, the Bears have a matchup with the Tennessee Titans, who are coming off two straight losses. While their 5-2 record would indicate being on a relatively level playing field with Chicago, the Week 9 odds on FanDuel Sportsbook would say differently. Currently, the Bears are 6-point road underdogs, which is downright disrespectful.

Following a season-ended injury to left tackle Taylor Lewan, the Titans have not looked the same, dropping both games. While losing to the undefeated Pittsburgh Steelers is understandable, Tennessee was completely picked apart by the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 8.

Now, they face the strong defensive front of Chicago, led by Khalil Mack. The Bears remain tough defensively, allowing just 20.8 points per game (No. 8 in NFL). Where Chicago struggles is on the offensive side of the ball. However, that pairs perfectly with Tennessee's defensive weaknesses.

The Titans have surrendered the 18th-most points (26.3), 10th-most yards per play (5.9) and they have generated just 1.0 sacks per game (T-No. 31 in NFL). While they do have home field advantage, it feels disrespectful to Chicago to give them a full touchdown.
