The Chicago Bears need a lot of help in order to make the playoffs. Even after their 31-24 victory over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 14, Chicago still only has a slim chance at making the postseason.

Odds of Bears Making Playoffs

Football Outsiders has only given Chicago a 7.5 percent chance at making the postseason, which is a 3.9 percent improvement from where the Bears were prior to Week 14. Meanwhile, FanDuel Sportsbook has put the Bears odds to make the playoffs at +900, and Chicago is available at +6500 to win the NFC North.

Considering the Bears are three games back of the Green Bay Packers in the division, Chicago's best path to making the playoffs is likely by clinching a Wild Card berth.

However, that's easier said than done. Pending "Sunday Night Football" the Seattle Seahawks have the first Wild Card spot at 10-2, and the Minnesota Vikings, who currently own the No. 6 seed, improved to 9-4 with their win over the Detroit Lions.

Additionally, Chicago will also be competing with the 7-5 Los Angeles Rams, who they lost to back in Week 11.

The Bears are down, but they aren't quite out. With three games remaining, Chicago still has an outside chance at clinching a postseason berth, but the Bears will almost certainly have to win out down the stretch.
