Andy Dalton Fantasy Outlook Skyrockets With Dak Prescott Injury Update
By Max Staley

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott went down with what looked to be a serious ankle injury on Sunday. Any injury to Prescott would result in a significant drop in fantasy value for the Cowboys' skill-position players, as Andy Dalton would be set to take over.
The injury to Prescott makes Dalton an interesting pickup in most fantasy leagues, however.

Dak Prescott Injury Update
If Prescott is forced to miss an extended period of time, Dalton would take over as the Cowboys quarterback. This would result in a significant drop in value for Amari Cooper, Michael Gallup, CeeDee Lamb and Ezekiel Elliott.
Dalton would become a low-end QB1 or high-end QB2 if Prescott is sidelined.
Playing in an extremely talented offense with a defense that is currently giving an NFL-high 36.5 points per game (PPG), Dalton could be looking at a ton of high-scoring games as long as he's at the helm.
That could lead to some solid fantasy football production from the former Cincinnati Bengals quarterback.
Dalton has a real chance to return low-end QB1 value while Prescott is sidelined, but the rest of the Cowboys' skill-position players do take a pretty significant drop in value from this injury.
